Can we start mid-season?+
The call is used to check your availability and that of a business owner. The diagnostic scopes a first workflow; if the team can't follow it during peak season, the setup schedule is adjusted.
What if our tools don't talk to each other?+
We start only from your real sources: authorized exports or accessible APIs. The diagnostic checks what can be connected. Without usable access, we don't promise a connector.
What happens if the system gets it wrong?+
Business rules come before AI. Information is verified, gaps are flagged, and proposals remain subject to validation by the grower. Every action is logged; the system does not control any automated equipment.
Our network connection is unreliable: is that a problem?+
The quality and frequency of access are assessed during the diagnostic. The brief must show data freshness and any gaps; how it works depends on available sources. We don't promise offline continuity without first verifying it.
How do I know if the return on investment is real?+
Before any commitment, we measure your starting point together: coordination time, incidents, and costs. A first workflow and a measurement protocol let you compare results. The calculator does not guarantee any return or ROI.
Could this disrupt production?+
AI'OS FARM is a layer on top of your tools: it replaces no software and controls no irrigation, fertigation, or climate systems. Setup covers one site or a defined scope, with your validations throughout.
Who has access to the data, and what about GDPR?+
You authorize the sources and access needed for the agreed scope. Access is kept to a minimum and actions are logged. The diagnostic specifies any personal data involved, responsibilities, and hosting and retention conditions before any connection is made.
